Florida Man in Magus World: Unleashing Liberty and Freedom

Chapter 193 Florida Man Shocks Neighbors by Expressing His Sexual Desire to Flowers

Zen gazed in fascination at the glowing system screens hovering before Felix, her eyes darting across the quest window. Thanks to the system's linguistic knowledge, she could easily comprehend the Earth's language displayed.

As she scanned the details, her sharp mind quickly pieced together the nature of Felix's abilities. "I see. Very intriguing. A truly profound power, my lord. Indeed, raising the strength of 200 paladins to five stars in such a short time is quite a challenge. Training them the traditional way won't suffice."

Felix raised an eyebrow, sensing a hint in her words. "I do have an endless supply of mythical creature meat in my inventory, but I'm worried about the potential mutation and side effects. Should I even consider feeding them that?"

Zen's curiosity was piqued. She opened Felix's system inventory and admired the items. She couldn't help but marvel at the stacks of dragon steaks, white tiger cuts, black tortoise filets, and other exotic meats obtained from Class-A mystery crates. Her eyes glinted mischievously when she noticed a particularly familiar type of meat.

"You've got phoenix meat in here too, my lord. Have you tried eating them yourself?" she teased, casting a sly glance his way.

Felix smiled wryly, "I'm not a cannibal, ma'am. Haven't you noticed my void phoenix bloodline? Eating phoenix meat feels... off."

Zen leaned back with a mock-serious expression. "You look human to me, my lord. Maybe you're overthinking it?"

Felix sighed. He'd consumed countless chickens during his time on Earth without a second thought. But now, with his newfound bloodline and its connections to the void phoenix, the ethics of his diet had become uncomfortably ambiguous.

Sensing his hesitation, Zen chuckled, "Nobody will question your diet, my lord. Honestly, we've all eaten stranger things."

Felix flinched. He thought of his silly days on Earth and the bizarre food he ate, such as living squids, and… cow's penis. Your next chapter awaits on empire

Zen continued, "But if you're unsure, how about conducting a small experiment? Could you spare some samples? Perhaps black tortoise meat? I'll prepare it for a few paladins to see how they react. Tortoise dishes are familiar to them, so they should be able to handle them."

Felix blinked, caught off guard by her practical suggestion. He couldn't help but go along with the suggestion, "Fine. But if they mutate into something uncontrollable, come find me ASAP."

"Understood, my lord. I'll make sure to monitor them closely, my lord."

"We don't have much time. You have a week. But if this doesn't work, I'll go fetch Cornelia and her troops here to complete the quest."

"Very fair. I shall do my best."

Felix sighed and granted Zen permission to access his inventory slots. She could open the system inventory screen and withdraw the meat whenever she wanted. Zen then excused herself to relay the new order and conduct the experiment.

After entrusting Zen to the task, Felix returned his attention to the system farm as he needed more spirit potatoes to make more beer.

.

Arriving at the sprawling farm, Felix paused to admire the scenery. The potato fields stretched out a kilometer, filled with bustling activity as a sea of female farmers worked like robots.

The system farm's enchanted soil continued its miraculous cycle of renewal, producing spirit potatoes without pause. Each time a plant was harvested, the soil beneath it refreshed itself, brimming with restored nutrients. The farmers moved with synchronized efficiency, pulling up fully matured potatoes and immediately replanting processed seeds into the same spot.

Within minutes, the seeds sprouted, matured, and were ready for harvesting once again. A farmer crouched, plucked the new potatoes, replanted, and moved on to the next. Not a single farmer forgot to carry potato seeds to replace the plants they had harvested. The process repeated itself like a treadmill in a factory, creating an unbroken loop of productivity.

Cheerful songs and laughter filled the air as thousands of farmers carried woven backpack baskets brimming with large, glistening spirit potatoes. Soon, these farmers would take some of the harvested crops home to feed their families and stockpile for the future.

Overseeing the bustling farmland was a small but effective team led by Clover. Two dragonewt lamias and five paladins stood by her side, ensuring that the farming process ran smoothly and maintaining order. Occasionally, farmers approached Clover with their filled baskets for inspection.

The lamias collected a "tax" of ten potatoes from each basket before approving the farmers to take the remainder home. The women left smiling and grateful, knowing they had secured a week's worth of sustenance for their households.

The collected potatoes didn't remain in one place for long. Clover divided the tax pile in half, handing part of it over to the paladin group. The musclebound women accepted their share with glee, preparing to distribute the bounty to their combat units later.

Even among the paladins, few were idle. Many shed their heavy armor and weapons, donning simple farmer attire to join the queues. They seamlessly integrated into the farming workforce, taking turns harvesting and planting alongside the other laborers.

Felix quickly deduced that Clover had instilled this efficient system during his absence, ensuring the farm's endless productivity.

Impressed and moved by her leadership, Felix decided to approach Clover and her team directly.

As soon as they noticed him, Clover and the tax-collection team stopped their work and bowed deeply. The paladins knelt on one knee in unison, displaying their respect.

"At ease, ladies," Felix waved his hand, "I'm just here to chat. Tell me, how are things going on the farm these days?"

Clover straightened up with a soft smile, "Things are running smoothly, my lord. The farmers are happy, and the production is steady. So far, we've managed to collect an average of 20,000 spirit potatoes daily after sharing half with the paladins. We've heard some complaints that there isn't enough variety of vegetables and other crops though."

"20,000 potatoes a day?" Felix was surprised. "Where do you gather them? I don't see them anywhere."

"Oh, in the Lamia Village's warehouse, master. I think we have too many in there, though. Some of us just cook them for snacks, but they still prioritize dragon meat. Also, we've run out of spirit beer. Could you make some for us?"

Felix nodded thoughtfully, listening to their requests and problems. Thanks to her contribution and hard work, Felix considered how he should reward her for her diligence.

"Good to hear. You've done an amazing job here. I might have to find a way to make this even easier for you all. Say, what do you want as a bonus? Is there anything you desire?"

Nearby farmers paused their work, their eyes flickering toward their lord and the overseer. Whispered speculation spread among them. It was clear to everyone that Clover's efforts had not only been recognized but deeply appreciated.

Clover's cheeks faintly flushed. She hadn't expected such a direct offer of gratitude, let alone a personal reward. Her gaze dropped for a moment before nervously meeting Felix's eyes. Her thoughts betrayed her for a second, and her lips parted as if to ask for something bold. Yet, remembering Felix's consistent rejections in the past, she hesitated, fumbling to change her request.

"I wish to ask for… your embrace," she mumbled. "But that might be too much. Anyway, could I at least have your… erm… urine to water my flowers?"

A deafening silence swept over the farm. Farmers and paladins froze in place. Clover's peculiar diet and biology were well known as her flower-based lower half required unique nutrients, but this request still left them stunned.

Felix, however, didn't miss a beat. His lips curled into a sly smile, and he teased her in return, "Are you sure that's all you want? No interest in forming a magic contract with me, or perhaps some of my seeds?"

Gasps rippled through the nearby workers. They exchanged incredulous looks

Clover's face turned crimson. Her composure slipped as tears of joy welled in her eyes. She stammered, "C-C-Can I have y-you? Truly?"

Felix nodded confidently. Without hesitation, he reached out, took her hand, and guided her away from the bustling farmland. "Come with me."

The farmers and paladins stood rooted in place, watching their lord and Clover walk toward Lamia Village. Whispers broke out among them, speculating about the strange exchange.

Arriving at a secluded house within the village, Felix turned and faced Clover. Without hesitation, he began removing his clothes. "You've worked hard. Let me reward you properly."

Clover's eyes widened as her flowered lower half trembled. "M-My lord! But your wives. Won't they…?"

"They'll understand once I explain. For now, just trust me."

His words carried an unusual warmth, leaving Clover both confused and elated. For all his usual teasing and avoidance, Felix seemed serious this time.

What Felix didn't share was Singtowl's advice. The ethereal dragon had mentioned that his body, infused with immense power from his void phoenix bloodline, could grant significant boons to his partners. While not as potent as the effects from a virgin female phoenix, his essence could enhance their abilities.

After nearly five decades of abstinence in the other dimension, Felix finally embraced a bolder side of himself, for someone as hardworking and dedicated as Clover. This seemed like the right moment to grant her a blessing she would never forget.

"Relax," Felix whispered, gently easing Clover's nerves. "This is your moment. Let's make it count."

Clover stopped being reserved. Her roots coiled around Felix and pulled him into her giant flower body.

Upon slipping into her flower physique, Felix found a comfortable seat inside. He sat on it while Clover's humanoid body seated on him. Her flower pedals closed, trapping them together.

Although it was dark, Felix and Clover could still see each other inside. Without uttering another word, Clover treasured the 30 minutes she had with Felix.

That day, Felix contracted Clover as his familiar, making her the fifth member.
