"Which prying ears, there is no one here?" Rocky protested, as Vladimir only chuckled and replied "Oh there is….. Shakuni. Trust me when I say…. That bastard is always listening"

At this point, Rocky felt alarm bells ringing in his head as he did not feel secure around Vladimir, as while he had never met Vladimir before, Lord Shakuni was one of his biggest benefactors.

"What do you mean always listening? What have you done to my body?" Rocky asked, trying to move away from Vladimir in his new astral form, however, he could not control this body at all.

"Don't panic, if I wanted to hurt you, I would not have made the foolish decision to summon you to my throne room to do it.

I could have had you killed without you ever realizing it—" Vladimir said, as judging by Rocky's facial expressions he realized that Rocky was growing increasingly weary of him, which was not his intention at all.

"I already know your story, Champion Of Gemini, like I already told you…. Liam already pleaded your case before me.

If not for that dead bastard, I would have never granted you an audience, but I owe him many favors" Vladimir said, as he moved the arms of his astral body up, signaling a peace sign as he tried to calm Rocky down.

"There is a lot that I need to tell you, and a lot of shocking revelations that I need to make, however, these things cannot be told in the real world, because the True gods can listen in on our conversation there.

And since I plan to expose the True Gods and their wicked methods, I had to pull your consciousness to the astral world" Vladimir said, as he quickly came clean about his intentions.

"Once we are done talking, I will send your consciousness back to your body and you will get up unharmed…. So stop worrying and focus on what I have to say next" Vladimir said, as he stared straight into Rocky's eyes, waiting for him to gather his wits about himself.

Once Rocky calmed down, Vladimir gave him a curt nod before continuing.

"Good…. Now listen to me, because I'll tell you facts about the True Gods that no book, no religion, or no tier6 god can tell you, because none of them know.

As a Champion of a True God myself, only I know the secrets of the origin realm Vorithra Sylithen and the horrors that it holds ...." Vladimir said, as he let out a deep sigh and clenched his own shoulders as if trying to prevent his body from shivering in fear.

"Within you is the soul of a True God. The tattoo on your back…. The mark of a God, it only forms on your body because it's actually a type of rune created to contain the power of a God's soul.

Your own body is not a strong enough vessel to be able to store even a fraction of their power and hence why it must be stored within the tattoo" Vladimir said, as Rocky felt enlightened to know that the tattoo on his back actually contained a sliver of a True God's soul.

"That mark is the reason as to why you can enter the origin realm Vorithra Sylithen, as it is not 'You' that the tower has recognised as being capable enough to enter the origin realm, but rather the mark you wear that is deemed worthy.

Traditionally, only powerful warriors who have reached the pinnacle of tier8 and gained the recognition of the tower should be able to enter the origin realm, however, the corrupt True Gods have found a way to bypass that restriction and create vassals known as Champions" Vladimir said, as he spoke with absolute disgust.

He seemed to know too much about the gods and the origin realm, and by just narrating the story, he seemed to relive the horror that was clearly painful for him to endure.

"If the True Gods had balls, they would give up their divinity and restart their journey to the origin castle by becoming a tier0 warrior, however, they don't do it.

Instead they choose champions and have them travel through the origin realm on behalf of them, while they reap the benefits without taking any major risks.

Which is also why I think there is no noble god.

If the Gemini Gods were noble, they would not make you undergo this ordeal.

They would challenge the origin realm on their own, but they don't.

They put your life on the line and enjoy the show from a distance" Vladimir said, as he began shivering uncontrollably at this moment.

"Someone is trying to force my consciousness to go back into my body…. Looks like Shakuni is subtly weaving the threads of fate, we don't have much time here" Vladimir said, as he seemed to resist the pull back into his body as much as he could, but it was clear that he was at his limit.

"Its clear from your reaction that you trust the Gemini Gods too much and maybe they are indeed kinder than some other true gods I know, but I wouldn't trust them if I were you, as in the end, they are playing with your life like you are dispensable.

However, in-case you're forced to play their game and cannot quit like I did, here is my only advice for you, an advice that will probably save your life someday…..
